70 PINE ST by Snowe

I was commissioned the design for this 2 bedroom penthouse at 70 Pine St in Lower Manhattan to be aligned with the brand’s aesthetic, one that we have been co-developing since the first showroom (The Whitespace) in 2016. The penthouse was designed as a multipurpose residential/commercial space where the building could leverage the apartment as a showroom for prospective tenants and Snowe as a showroom to host their products in a real scenario as well as an event space.

Tapping into Snowe’s partnerships with other D2C local brands, I curated a selection of furniture pieces from Industry West and Outer. Then, I completed the overall design, layering the walls with paint colors from Clare, and art by Uprise Art.

This is yet another interesting merge from various perspectives to convert sales for all stakeholders. Retail is evolving in many ways and this partnership is proof of what we will be seeing in the next decade: a seamless way of experiencing brands in real life.
