Nike approached us to design and produce an experiential booth and the launch party for Curvy Con. The project consisted of two elements: the Curvy Con Launch Opening Party and an Experiential Pop Up for the remainder of the event.

The launch party was happening in a 5,500 sqft space that needed to be branded while keeping it functional to host a dance class from Lizzo’s dance crew. Lighting was used to create the ambiance and a group of Brazilian Maracatú took the stage to initiate attendants to dance early in the morning. The experiential Pop Up was a 600 sqft space located by the entrance on the first floor of Center415 in Midtown Manhattan. Lights helped tied the two moments of Nike’s Curvy Con experience together. Inspired by the step-wells in Rajasthan, the space had a sleek take with bright red and white lights on the fixtures and a mirrored catwalk that guided the user experience.
